She currently serves as CEO of Worldwide City Group and as an Independent Outside Director of a Prime-listed company, where she contributes to governance enhancement, strategic oversight, and board-level decision-making.
In addition, she leverages her expertise as an ICF-Certified Executive Coach, grounded in internationally recognized standards, to enhance the quality of dialogue and judgment within executive teams and boardrooms.
Beyond corporate leadership, she has remained committed to fostering international dialogue and leadership development. In 2009, she co-founded the China–Japan CEO Forum (CJCF) to facilitate high-level exchange and economic collaboration among Asian business leaders.
